Privacy policy
How Bridgeside AI handles call recordings, transcripts and account data.

Data we process
Account details (name, email), organization settings, campaign scripts, call metadata, transcripts and summaries for calls handled by your agents.
Retention
Each organization chooses how long call records are kept and whether they are redacted or deleted afterwards. Defaults: 90 days, then transcripts, phone numbers and lead ids are removed.
Sub-processors
Speech recognition and synthesis, language models, email delivery and payments are provided by third parties under their own agreements.
Cookies
We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the service. Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; local storage is a similar mechanism that stays on your device.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choice. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them on the cookie bar. You can change your decision at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's storage for bridgeside.ai. Rejecting analytics does not affect any part of the website or the portal.
Record of consent. When you accept or reject analytics cookies we record the decision together with the date and time, your IP address, browser and operating system, language and the page you were on. We keep this record to demonstrate that analytics cookies were only set with permission, and we do not use it for anything else.
Portal (app.bridgeside.ai). The portal sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It uses the vp_session cookie to keep you signed in and, where enabled, the Google and Stripe cookies listed above.
Marketing communications
To send us a message through the contact form you tick one box that reads:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply to SMS; reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Phone and SMS contact only applies if you gave us a phone number. We record the wording you agreed to, its version, the date and time, your IP address and browser, and which channels apply. You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to the address below. Withdrawing consent does not affect any service you already use, and we will still reply to your original enquiry.
