Bridgeside AI never replaces your phone system. Each dialer gets one generated dialplan entry; calls to 85 plus a campaign's dial code reach the agent, and hangups, transfers and dispositions flow back the way your dialer expects.

VICIdial

Paste one Custom Dialplan Entry, add an AMI user, and every VICIdial campaign can route to an AI agent. Dispositions, summaries and DNC requests land on the lead through the non-agent API.
