Who we are and why we built an AI agent for the dialers call centers already run.

Built by call-center people, for call-center people

Bridgeside AI started inside a VICIdial shop that was tired of the first two minutes of every call: the greeting, the qualifying questions, the same three objections. We built an agent that handles exactly that part and hands the rest to the people who close.

What we believe

Your dialer is fine. You should not have to replace VICIdial, Asterisk or FreeSWITCH to use AI on calls.
Every call should land somewhere. A transfer, an appointment or a disposition with a summary. Never a dead end.
Honest voices. The agent sounds warm and natural, and if a caller asks, it says it is an automated assistant.
