How the meter works
What counts as a minute?+
Each finished call is rounded up to the next whole minute and added to the month's bundle. A 2:10 call is 3 minutes. Minutes reset at the start of each billing period.
What do Premium voices cost?+
Premium (ElevenLabs) minutes count twice toward the bundle and have their own overage rate, shown on each plan. Basic voices are included at the plan's base rate.
What happens when the bundle is used up?+
On paid plans calls keep going and the extra minutes are billed per minute at the end of the period. On the free trial calls stop when the 60 minutes are spent.
Can I change plans mid-month?+
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with the new channel and calls-per-second limits; billing is prorated by Stripe.
What is a channel and calls per second?+
A channel is one call in progress. If your dialer keeps 30 calls up at once, you need 30 channels. Calls per second is how fast new calls may start; calls above either limit are refused so the rest stay clean.
Do you charge for seats?+
No. Each plan includes a number of seats (team members) and you can assign each one custom permissions. Larger teams pick a larger plan or ask us.
